What should I wear?

Wear comfortable closed toed shoes.

What are the age and weight requirements?

Segway riders should be 14 years or older and weigh between 100 lbs and 260 lbs. 

Are there any limitations?

Woman that are pregnant and any one with heart conditions should not ride.

What if it is raining?

We will do tours in the rain providing there are no safety issues (flooding, lightning, etc.) We will provide ponchos in the event of rain.

What if I need to cancel?

​Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
